Jade Hayes is a former collegiate track athlete originally from Baton Rouge, LA. Jade moved to Houston in 2021 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from William Carey and Associates in Art from Hinds Community College to pursue a career in fitness. Jade specializes in training track athletes and also has multiple certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Glute Specialist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Fitness Coach).
