Brittany Furlough

As a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native, Brittany is a dedicated and accomplished coach with a deep passion for track and field. Her athletic journey began with a stellar high school career, where she became a 3-time state champion in the 400-meter dash and earned All-American honors.

Brittany's success on the track led to a full scholarship at the University of Houston, where she continued to excel, becoming a Conference Champion and an All-American athlete.

Upon graduating with a bachelor's degree in health from the University of Houston and graduating with her Master’s degree in Sports Management, she transitioned into becoming an Assistant Athletic Coordinator/Teacher/Coach, where she has spent her career shaping young student athletes.

Brittany currently coaches cross country and track & field at both the middle school and high school levels. Under her guidance, the cross-country varsity team made it to the state championship during the 2023-2024 school year.

Brittany's coaching philosophy centers on helping athletes reach their fullest potential, both on and off the track. She is committed to fostering a positive, competitive environment where athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
