Jeffery Rector was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he excelled as a wide receiver at Westfield High School. In addition to football, he competed as a 4x100 relay runner, hurdler, and basketball point guard, gaining extensive experience in speed, agility, and overall athletic performance.

Jeffery values character development and skill refinement as key to success, both on and off the field. He continued his athletic career at Prairie View A&M University, where he earned a football scholarship after initially walking on.

While football is his primary passion, Jeffery has a well-rounded understanding of multiple sports.
